由于基础研究和工程项目研制的需要，哈尔滨工业大学机电工程学院精密工程研究所向国内外招聘3~4名全职博士后人员。招收专业：机械制造、物理、机电一体化、仪器仪表等。到职后的主要研究方向为超精密加工工艺与装备和微纳米制造。
基本要求：
1 有志从事科学研究，近年取得机械工程工学博士学位或物理学理学博士学位(第一学历和博士学位为国外大学或国内“211”学校)，年龄32岁以下；
2 具有独立科研工作能力、有很好的协作能力；
3 已经取得一定的科技成果(论文、专利、奖励等)；
4 从事过超精密加工和微纳米制造的相关工作者优先；
5 全脱产工作，相应待遇按学校全职博士后执行。
哈尔滨工业大学机电学院精密工程研究所的主要学术方向是超精密加工理论与工艺、超精密加工设备及关键部件制造、超精密测量、微纳米制造等。近几年，承担了国家自然基金、863专项、省市攻关、企业横向等课题，获省部科技奖励多项。所在学科是“985”、“211”重点建设学科、第一批长江学者特聘教授岗位。挂靠有国防科技工业超精密机械加工技术研究应用中心和黑龙江省超精密与特种加工重点实验室，是教育部创新团队。目前有教授博导10人，其中长江学者3人、杰青2人、千人计划1人、全国百名博1人，有80余名博硕研究生在研究所进行相关课题研究工作。
研究所拥有实验面积近3000M2，固定资产5000余万元，主要仪器设备包括多台超精密车床与各类扫描探针隧道显微镜及纳米力学测试系统等检测实验设备，可以为博士后工作提供充分实验条件。

Postdoctoral Positions for Center for Precision Engineering (CPE) of Harbin Institute of Technology
Three to four Postdoctoral Positions in mechanical engineering, physics, electromechanical engineering, or Instrumentation for Center for Precision Engineering (CPE) of Harbin Institute of Technology are available. Possible research projects include, but are not limited to, studies on ultra-precision machining process and equipment and micro/nano manufacturing.
Requirements:
(1) Final qualification and degree: the candidate who is less than 32 years old must receive the doctoral degree (mechanical engineering or physics) from “985” or “211” universities or overseas universities. Simultaneously, the first academic degree is obtained from “985” or “211” universities.
(2) A successful candidate should also demonstrate abilities in independent working and excellent communication.
(3) The candidate should have published papers or owned patents or awards.
(4) The candidate who had done researches on ultra-precision machining and micro/nano manufacture has priority.
(5) Full-time job for two years. The living benefits are carried out according to the rules of Harbin Institute of Technology for the full-time postdoctoral positions.
Research areas in the Center for Precision Engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology include ultra precision machining, design and building of the ultra precision machine tools and its key functional components, ultra precision metrology, e-manufacturing and micro/nano machining. The center has gained financial supports from the Natural Science Foundation of China, National Hi-tech Program, local government and industrial Companies.
The CPE has become one of the first key construction disciplines of the "211" and the "985" projects launched in 1998, the first batch for Cheung Kong scholar Professor position, the technical support contractor for the application center of national defense ultra-precision mechanical machining technique, key laboratory of ultra-precision machining and non-traditional machining in Heilongjiang Province, and the Innovation team of ultra-precision machining and measurement technique, Ministry of Education.
Presently, the center for precision engineering has 10 full-time professors/PhD supervisors, including 3 Cheung Kong Scholar Professors, 2 Winners of National Outstanding Youth Fund, 1 Recuritment Program of Global Experts. 1 Winner of National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation，and more than 80 Master and Ph. D. Candidates.
The center has a laboratory area of 3000M2，and fixed assets of more than 50 million yuan. At present the main equipment and instruments include: multiple ultra precision machine tools, Scanning Probe Microscope and nano mechanical testing system, and so on. The center can provide good working conditions for the postdoctoral candidates.
