题目1Physical bases, algorithms, methods and means of innovative symmetric-wave thermometry
摘要:Symmetric-wave thermometry (SWT) is based on correlation of metal alloys in condensed state emissivity in average part of operating spectral range and values of emissivity on symmetrically placed boundary parts of spectrum. Established correlation allows to obtain resumptive pyrometric equation, which can be solved relative to the desired alloy temperature.
Regularities of multicolour thermometry and metal alloys optical characteristics influence on errors of SWT were established.
On base of established regularities mathematical models, algorithms and methods of the linear and universal SWT, as well as thermometric system were developed.
It was experimentally proved that measurement errors of the SWT are less than methodical errors of the known multicolour, as well as the classical energy and spectral ratio thermometry in 2,3; 4,9-13,2 and 3,1-3,6 times, respectively.
SWT significantly increases metrological characteristics and widens field of use of the most effective continuous contactless temperature control of metal alloys in metallurgy.
题目2Innovative technologies for continuous temperature control of melting, holding and pouring processes
摘要:Almost all known technological processes are based on thermal action on raw and auxiliary materials. Leading world-known companies connect main successes in production quality rising and decreasing of resources consumption with new achievements in optimal temperature control of technological processes.
The developed thermometric technologies are purposed for continuous temperature control of technological processes in foundry, metallurgy, chemical, ceramic, glassy and other production.   
Operational principles of the thermometric technologies are based on:
- light-guide generation and transmission of heat radiation, which thermometric parameters are synonymously coherent with the temperature of the controlled object;
- contactless spectral radiation thermometry of the surface in zones and spectrum ranges with the most stable radiation characteristics emissivity (ε) and transmissivity (τ), with the following treatment of primary pyrometric information, eliminating influence of ε and τ.
题目3:Based on modern continuous temperature control PCS for induction processes of receipt, processing and pouring of liquid cast iron at machine-building foundries
摘要:A new light-guide and multicolour contactless thermometry technologies have been developed on base of modern optoelectronic technologies and new materials. The technologies provide continuous gauging and control of the liquid metal temperature in the metallurgical aggregates, including induction crucible and channel melting, holding and pouring furnaces.
It has been found influence of the controlled determinant parameters, including feeding-discharge, power and temperature regimes and slagging of the lining on power consumption and productivity of the induction technological processes.
On base of the obtained mathematical models, established regularities of the determinant parameters influence and light-guide temperature control, we have developed PCS of the receipt, processing, dead melting, holding and pouring of the liquid metal at the cast iron foundries. As a result of metrological characteristic researches it was proved that the thermometry technologies provide square errors ≤6,4; 4,9 and 4,3 °C respectively within the temperature range from 1260 to 1600 °C.  
 题目4:New technologies of express-control of alloys temperature, chemical composition and structure
摘要:For the stable manufacturing of metal products with determined properties and the minimum resource consumption, it is necessary to control the temperature, chemical composition and structure of alloys.
The main disadvantages of the known solutions are determined by single-time immersion thermocouples, insufficient accuracy of thermographic determination of Si-content and absence of express control of Mn.
Influence regularities of:
-thermoelectrical changeable transducers materials and constructions on dynamic of their operating junction heating in a regular thermal regime of the I kind;
-chemical composition and structure of iron-carbon alloys on their thermoelectrical characteristics in contact with other alloys at different temperatures;
-conditions of comparative thermographic express-analysis on the value of known and proposed criteria of recognition of metal alloys cooling thermograms are established.
As a result investigations of the developments the increase of accuracy and the reduction of control time and cost in 1,5-4,0 times are proved.
