第二届 多边国家“一带一路”智库网络合作发展国际研讨会

随着“一带一路”、“陆上丝路”、 中蒙俄经济走廊、中东欧十六国与中蒙俄三国的“16+3合作”逐步走向深度合作,基础设施、规章制度、人文交流三位一体互联互通急需大量智库人才,拥有把握合作机遇所必须的理念、知识和能力是促进各国在全球化发展进程中保持活力、行稳致远的关键要素。经过近半年的筹备工作,第二届哈尔滨工业大学管理学院,“多边国家‘一带一路’智库网络合作发展国际研讨会”,将于20181015日至17日召开。

本届研讨会旨在整合管理学院自身优势,以学术交流助力“一带一路”战略发展,促进“16+3”合作。研讨会将就“一带一路”沿线中东欧国家智库网络合作发展进行研讨并达成合作发展共识,并为来自各国的专家、学者以及我校的广大青年学者、研究生和国际留学生构建一个相互学习和交流的平台,帮助国内外学者建立长期的合作关系,促进高水平学术研究与中东欧国家“一带一路”智库网络建设。

本届研讨会以“一带一路”智库建设及相关的知识与实践作为研讨重点,主题演讲内容涵盖智库人才战略、跨境电子商务、地缘战略举措等相关领域国际前沿研究议题。欢迎我院师生旁听。各项演讲的时详细信息参见下表:
