报告主题：Enterprise Modelling

主要内容：Enterprise modelling techniques aims at represent, analyse and design manufacturing systems and more generally enterprises.These techniques, originally developed for manufacturing business processes, are now used also for information systems and decision systems.The objective of this lecture is to present first what is enterprise modelling, why we need to model enterprise and to do what.Then, several techniques of enterprise modelling will be presented, in particular for Business process modelling and decision system modelling.

报告主题：Performance Measurement and Comparison of Performance Measurement Methods

主要内容：Performance measurement is essential to ensure a coherent and efficient control of manufacturing and enterprise activities and to make good decisions, from the strategic to the operational levels.But the definition and implementation of a performance measurement system is a huge task and requires the use of specific methodologies.During the last 30 years, many methodologies were developed by academic and practitioners as Balanced Score cards for strategic dash boards and many others.

The objective of this lecture is to present the main principles of performance measurement and three main methodologies: Balanced Score Card, ECOGRAI and Performance PRISM. Then, a comparison of the 60 existing methods will be given and a generic framework will be proposed.

报告主题：Interoperability Measurement

主要内容：Interoperability can be defined as “the ability of two or more systems or components to exchange information and to use this exchanged information.But in order to manage the system interoperability, this is essential to enable the measure of this kind of performance between two systems or the interoperability of a system in general.

So, the objective of this lecture is to present the main concepts behind interoperability and then to focus on interoperability measurement and more specifically on the methods that can be used for this purpose.

讲者介绍：

Yves Ducq 教授，博士毕业于法国波尔多第一大学生产信息自动化专业。目前担任波尔多大学副校长，教授，IMS实验室生产信息自动化研究组的负责人，IUT项目负责人。研究涵盖企业互操作的性能评估等领域。在所研究领域的国际期刊上发表了30余篇文章，在国际会议上发表了100余篇文章。

波尔多大学是被中国教育部认证的法国公立大学之一。所在的校园是法国最大的大学校园，也是欧洲规模最大的校园之一。
