       10月9日，2022年“外研社·国才杯”全国英语演讲大赛哈尔滨工业大学校园赛初赛和决赛分别在线上顺利举行。本次大赛由外国语学院承办，主题是“China's Wisdom for the World – My Role in building a community with a shared future for mankind”，初赛比赛形式为定题演讲（三分钟）+ 问答（两分钟…
