10月11日是世界中医药日。中医药文化作为中华文明的瑰宝，承载着数千年的历史智慧和深厚的文化底蕴。为了让国际学生更深入地了解中医药文化，感受它的独特魅力，提升身心健康，值此“世界中医药日”，国际教育学院联合校医院共同举办探索中医药文化体验活动。
October 11 is World Traditional Chinese Medicine Day. As a treasure of Chinese civilization, traditional Chinese medicine carries thousands of years of historical wisdom and profound cultural heritage. In order to let international students have a deeper understanding of Chinese medicine culture, feel its unique charm, and improve their physical and mental health, on the occasion of “World Traditional Chinese Medicine Day”, the College of International Education and the HIT Hospital jointly organized an activity to experience Chinese medicine culture.

- 分享食疗文化，品鉴中医药材
Step 1: Share the culture of food therapy and taste Chinese medicinal materials
- 体验中医技术：针灸、推拿、刮痧等
Step 2: Experience TCM techniques: acupuncture, massage, scraping, etc
- 中医体质辨识：面诊、舌诊、脉诊等
Step 3：TCM consultation: face diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, etc
- 八段锦体验
Step 4: Baduanjin Qigong (Eight Pieces of Brocade)
