报告人简介：
Jose I. Leon (Fellow, IEEE) was born in Cadiz, Spain. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunications engineering from the Universidad de Sevilla, Seville, Spain, in 1999, 2001, and 2006, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Universidad de Sevilla. His research interests include modulation and control of power converters for high-power applications and renewable energy systems. Dr. Leon was a co-recipient of the 2012 Best Paper Award of the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, and the 2008, 2015, 2020 and 2022 Best Paper Award of IEEE Industrial Electronics Magazine. He was the recipient of the 2014 IEEE J. David Irwin Industrial Electronics Society Early Career Award, the 2017 IEEE Bimal K. Bose Energy Systems Award, and the 2017 Manuel Losada Villasante Award for excellence in research and innovation. As a result of his important contributions to industry and academia, Dr. Leon was elevated to IEEE Fellow since 2017.
罗文晟，准聘副教授，博导。获得哈尔滨工业大学控制科学与工程专业博士学位和西班牙塞维利亚大学电子信息专业博士学位。主要从事先进控制理论与方法、功率变换器先进控制、微电网优化运行控制以及新能源动力系统控制等方向的研究。目前共发表论文30余篇，4篇论文入选ESI高被引论文，出版英文专著2部（主编1部、参编1部）；主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家博士后基金面上项目、省博士后基金面上项目等科研项目；获黑龙江省自然科学一等奖(2019年，排名第三)；获2017年工业电子学会年会IECON青年学者论坛最佳论文奖。
